Accommodation B was located at Shop Lot 923, Shop House, Fortune Park, Jalan Tanjung Batu Bintulu. It is a corner shop lot and owned all 3 levels with 36 rooms all together. Accommodation B is specifically for non-managerial level employees. It has all the basic needs in ones home.

The architecture is more to Hostel concept. Each level has 12 rooms with 1 restroom. The restroom has 6 shower rooms, 6 toilets and lavatory area. Each room can occupies minimum two to maximum 6 tenants. In each room provided with beds, lockers and air-conditioner. Not to forget, each level has water dispenser and water heater too. It is just what a person needs to feel like home after coming back from workplace.

Aside from providing accommodations, there are also services such as laundry, cleaning and catering services included in the rental package. The laundry will be collected and delivery on the same day by person in charged. You just need to hang your laundry on the front door of your room. Cleaning service is everyday too in order to keep the place clean and neat. As for catering service, the tenants will be provided with breakfast, lunch and dinner everyday. The catering service is from BBQ & Steamboat Restaurant.

Accommodation C was located at No 515, Shop Lot 4194, Phase 6, Parkcity Commerce Square, Parkcity. It is a corner shop lot and owned all 2 levels. Accommodation C is fully furnished and specifically for managerial level employees. It has all the basic needs in ones home such as bedroom, living room, kitchen and etc.

Each level has 8 bedroom, kitchen, living room and washroom. Inside each bedroom, there are single size bed with pillow, waredrobe, study table, night stand table and air conditioner. On the living room provided with sofa, tv with astro channels and mini home theater, dvd player, and Streamtyx internet service.

The kitchen has all the basic equipments such as electronic stove, refrigerator, microwave, water dispenser and some kitchen furnitures. The tenants can practice their cooking skills anytime. Lastly, the washroom has 3 shower room with water heater and 3 toilet. There are also a laundry area provided with 2 washing machine.
